Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the damage.

If your package does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
